Terms and Conditions of Use 12ntc Platform — Official Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 12ntc platform, including the official website, mobile application, and all services provided by 12ntc ("Platform"). This Agreement takes effect on the date you first access or use the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

12ntc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version in effect.

To use the 12ntc platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date and throughout your use of the Platform.
• Not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online gambling services.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Not previously suspended, terminated, or banned from using the 12ntc platform.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or employer without disclosure and written consent from 12ntc.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 12ntc platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different personal information, different devices, or different payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances withheld for review.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 12ntc reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to:

• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).

• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering has been associated with the account in question.
• The user fails to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The user voluntarily requests account closure or enrolls in a self-exclusion program.

If your account is terminated for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, once all required reviews are completed.
